利用SP免疫组织化学方法检测了 4 0例不同类型霍奇金病 (HD)RS/H细胞及 13例反应性增生淋巴结(RH)的p4 2 /p4 4MAPK和cyclinD1蛋白的表达。结果显示p4 2 /p4 4MAPK及cyclinD1蛋白在HD之RS/H细胞中均呈过度表达 (阳性率分别为 72 5 %和 70 % ) ,且两者阳性率呈明显的正相关 (P <0 .0 1) ,提示MAPK级联信号转导在HD发生中起重要作用 ,并通过诱导cyclinD1蛋白高表达使RS/H细胞持续增殖及演进。
The expression of p4 2 / p4 4MAPK and cyclinD1 in 40 cases of Hodgkin’s disease (RS) H-cell and 13 cases of reactive hyperplasia lymph node (RH) were detected by SP immunohistochemistry. The results showed that p4 2 / p4 4MAPK and cyclinD1 protein were overexpressed in RS / H HD cells (positive rates were 72.5% and 70%, respectively), and the positive rates of p4 2 / p4 4MAPK and cyclinD1 were positively correlated with each other (P <0. 0 1), suggesting that MAPK cascade signal transduction plays an important role in the pathogenesis of HD and continues to proliferate and evolve by inducing the high expression of cyclinD1.
