自1997年至2005年间,在日本左泽线营业所等多个区所的キハ100型内燃动车组上多次发生在停车时段“车门打不开、车组不能分解、换向器不能接通”等故障现象。根据入厂检修检测结果,确定为动车速度继电器误动作故障,由次品荧光灯变流器产生的18kHz噪声干扰所致。应对措施为改造印刷电路基板,在速度信号输入部的电源线间和运算放大器的输入部加装0.1μF的层叠陶瓷电容以消除与速度信号相重叠的噪声以及与大地间产生的共态噪声。措施实效良好,成本极低。
