Changes in urine N-acetyl-P-D-glucosaminidase (NAG) in 32 patients with hematological diseases were significantly higher than those in the control group in patients with hematological diseases and elevated in acute leukemia patients. Urinary NAG in patients with acute leukemia complicated with infection was significantly higher than that in non-infected patients. The results showed that children with hematologic disease urinary NAG increased, suggesting that early renal damage, acute leukemia and infection can aggravate renal damage.
