目的分析空间-时间相关成像(STIC)技术在胎儿先天性心脏畸形诊断中的应用效果。。方法选取2015年4月至2016年4月在郑州市妇幼保健院进行胎儿超声心动图检查的孕妇98例,先通过二维超声对孕妇进行心脏检查。之后采用STIC技术获得胎儿心脏容积数据,分析两种检测方法诊断价值。结果 STIC技术诊断胎儿先天性心脏畸形的准确性、敏感性、特异性较二维超声诊断均提高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 STIC技术诊断胎儿先天性心脏畸形效果较为确切,可对二维超声诊断结果进行有效补充,降低漏诊、误诊的发生率。
Objective To analyze the effect of space-time related imaging (STIC) technique in the diagnosis of congenital heart defects. . Methods From April 2015 to April 2016, 98 pregnant women underwent fetal echocardiography in Zhengzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital. The pregnant women were examined by two-dimensional ultrasound. After the use of STIC technology to obtain fetal heart volume data, analysis of the diagnostic value of two detection methods. Results The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of STIC technique in diagnosing fetal congenital heart malformations were higher than those of two-dimensional ultrasonography, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion STIC technique is more accurate in diagnosing fetal congenital heart abnormalities, which can effectively supplement the two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis results and reduce the incidence of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
