目的比较窗口咨询和电话咨询两种咨询途径的药学服务质量,提高临床药学服务效果。方法随机抽取2010年7月~2011年6月门诊药房窗口咨询和电话咨询记录数据各500份,按照咨询内容和人群进行统计分析。结果窗口咨询与电话咨询均以用药内容为主,分别占61.4%和89.8%;窗口咨询与电话咨在解答用药疑问人群方面分别占58.2%和80.4%。结论电话咨询比窗口咨询服务质量更好,值得医院药学部门推广。
Objective To compare the quality of pharmacy services between the two consulting channels of window counseling and telephone counseling, and to improve the effect of clinical pharmacy services. Methods From July 2010 to June 2011, 500 outpatient pharmacy window consultation and telephone consultation records were randomly selected and statistically analyzed according to consultation contents and population. The results of the window counseling and telephone counseling are the main content of the drug, accounting for 61.4% and 89.8% respectively; Window counseling and telephone counseling accounted for 58.2% and 80.4% of the drug users in question. Conclusion Telephone counseling services better than the window counseling services, it is worth promoting the hospital pharmacy department.
