本文提出一种误差补偿校正环节的智能化方法,采用8098单片机与8253可编程定时/计数器组成硬件电路,配以相应软件,通过8095的HSO实现对步进电机的控制,占用CPU时间少,使CPU有更多的时间去处理算法运算,从而达到提高加工精度的目的.
In this paper, an intelligent method of error compensation and correction is proposed. The hardware circuit is composed of 8098 MCU and 8253 programmable timer / counter. Corresponding software is used to control the stepper motor by 8095 HSO. CPU has more time to deal with algorithm operations, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the machining accuracy.
