现有大学英语教师发展模式研究侧重于教师发展的具体方法或新型信息技术为教师发展带来的新契机、新途径,而忽视对教师发展的过程和行为进行全面解析。为弥补这一不足,本研究将提出泛在学习时代从教师视角出发的综合教师发展模式。该模式基于个案分析结果,结合有效教师发展的特点以及泛在学习的特点,整合多个相关方以及多种教师发展活动和行为。该模式将有助于提高大学英语教师对于教师发展的认识和理解,为每位在职教师的专业发展提供指导。
The existing research on the development model of college English teachers focuses on the specific methods of teacher development or the new opportunities and new ways that new information technologies bring to teacher development while ignoring the comprehensive analysis of teachers’ development process and behavior. To make up for this deficiency, this study will propose a comprehensive teacher development model from the perspective of teachers in the era of ubiquitous learning. Based on the results of case studies, this model combines the characteristics of effective teacher development with the characteristics of ubiquitous learning, integrating multiple stakeholders and multiple teacher development activities and behaviors. This model will help improve the understanding and understanding of college English teachers for teacher development and provide guidance for the professional development of each serving teacher.
