As early as 1960, cryogenic measurement of science and technology appeared vigorous rapid progress. A great deal of literature on process and material commentary can be found in the book Temperature Measurement and Control in Science and Industry (New York, 1962). Subsequent published commentary [1] [2] [3] summarized the situation up to 1962. The purpose of this article is to introduce the recently published literature on the temperature range below 100K. This article can be divided into six parts: 1. Resistance thermometer and diode thermometer; 2. Thermocouple; 3. Gas, vapor pressure and acoustic thermometer; 4.
