目的 :研究焦炉逸散物对作业工人肺通气功能的影响。方法 :选择焦炉工人 134例作接触组 ,不接触焦炉逸散物、粉尘及其它毒物的后勤人员 137例作对照组 ,测试两组人员的肺通气功能 ,并对焦炉环境中的焦炉逸散物进行监测 ,作统计分析。结果 :焦炉工人肺通气功能的VC、FVC、FEV1%、MVV、PEFR、V2 5指标低于对照组 ,差异有显著性 (p <0 0 1)。焦炉逸散物浓度呈现非焦炉 <炉侧 <炉顶的梯度 ,非焦炉、炉侧、炉顶岗位工人的肺通气功能差异无显著性 (p >0 0 5 )。焦炉工人工龄越长 ,有肺通气功能损害愈严重的趋势 ,吸烟和焦炉逸散物对作业工人肺通气功能的损害有联合作用。结论 :焦炉逸散物会损害作业工人的肺通气功能。
Objective: To study the effect of coke oven fugitives on pulmonary ventilation in workers. Methods: A total of 134 coke oven workers were selected as the contact group, and 137 logisticians who did not contact the coke oven discharges, dusts and other toxicants were selected as the control group.
