本文叙述了低压低流速下用快响应的γ射线密度计沿着环形试验流道轴向测量汽-液两相流空泡份额的试验研究。由实验结果得到了泡状流、团状流的空泡份额关系式以及汽泡脱离壁面的过热度关系式。实验的参数范围是:p=0.16—0.19MPa、试验段入口冷却剂温度和流速,T_λ=27—73.5℃,V_0=0.05—0.5m/s、热流密度q=0.1—0.86MW/m~2。实验数据系用计算机采集、贮存和处理,并对典型的流动状态录了相。
This paper describes the experimental study of measuring the fraction of voids in a vapor-liquid two-phase flow along a circular test runner with a fast response γ-ray densitometer at low pressure and low flow rate. From the experimental results, the relational formulas of bubble fraction and slug flow are obtained, and the relationship between the superheat of the bubble and the wall is obtained. Experimental parameters range is: p = 0.16-0.19MPa, test section inlet coolant temperature and flow rate, T_λ = 27-73.5 ℃, V_0 = 0.05-0.5m / s, heat flux density q = 0.1-0.86MW / m ~ 2 . The experimental data were collected by the computer, stored and processed, and recorded the typical flow state.
