目的:分析医院药师职业倦怠现状及其与人口统计学因素的关系。方法:采用修订版马氏量表(MBI-HSS)及一般情况调查表对732名医院药师进行调查,运用SPSS19.0对调查结果进行描述性分析、t检验和方差分析。结果:在情绪耗竭和去人性化两个维度上被试者处于中等倦怠水平,个人成就感维度处于高度倦怠水平。30岁以下组去人性化和低成就感程度高,大专组职业倦怠程度相较于其他学历更高,初级职称成就感最低,月收入低于4 000元组情绪耗竭程度最高,在门诊工作人员情绪耗竭和去人性化程度最高。结论:医院药师群体存在较高的职业倦怠,同时受从业时间、教育程度、职称、月收入等因素影响。
Objective: To analyze the current situation of hospital pharmacists’ job burnout and its relationship with demographic factors. Methods: A total of 732 hospital pharmacists were investigated using a modified version of the Markov Scale (MBI-HSS) and a general survey questionnaire. Descriptive analysis, t-test and ANOVA were performed using SPSS 19.0. Results: In the two aspects of emotional exhaustion and dehumanization, the subjects are in the medium burnout level, and the personal accomplishment dimension is in a high level of burnout. Under 30 years of age, the degree of humanization and low accomplishment was high. The degree of job burnout in college group was higher than that of other academic qualifications. The lowest grade of accomplishment of junior professional title was the lowest, and the group with the lowest monthly income of less than 4,000 yuan had the highest level of emotional exhaustion. Emotional exhaustion and dehumanization are highest. Conclusion: There is a high degree of job burnout among hospital pharmacist groups, which is affected by factors such as working time, education level, job title and monthly income.
