在对太极拳技术方法的研究中,多半是以几百年传承下来的太极拳拳理为依据。这些拳理,大多数都是拳师们在自己练习的过程中,通过自身的实践经验和身体的本体感受而得来的。而这种经验又是通过言传身教的方法流传下来。在当今社会,太极拳乃至中华武术要想走向世界,就必须使这些传统的宝贵经验科学化,规范化。本文借助运动生物力学的研究方法和先进的的实验仪器(QUALISYS—MCU500红外远射测试系统),对普及面最广,而且保留着传统杨式大架太极拳风格特点的24式太极拳的主要动作做以生物力学的研究分析。本文从胸椎曲率的曲线图上看到,在整个动作的完成过程中,上身始终保持含胸姿势。这也验证了太极拳“含胸拔背”的动作要领。并且在动作的演练过程中,胸椎的弯曲度不是一成不变的,而是遵循重心后移时,胸椎弯曲度逐渐加大,即含胸幅度加大;前移时胸椎弯曲度逐渐减小,即含胸幅度减小的规律。从而为太极拳的技术研究提供一定的科学实验依据。
In the study of Taijiquan techniques and methods, most of them are based on the Taijiquan boxing inherited from hundreds of years. Most of these boxing rituals are made by boxers through their practical experience and body noumenal experience during their practice. In this paper, with the research methods of sports biomechanics and advanced experimental instruments (QUALISYS-MCU500 infrared long-range test system), this paper analyzes the main aspects of the 24-style Taijiquan, which has the most extensive coverage and retains the characteristics of the traditional Yang style Taijiquan Action to do biomechanical research and analysis. This also verified Taijiquan “chest pull back” action essentials.
