糖尿病患者皮肤损伤后,如外科处理不当,容易发生感染,伤口很难修复,形成慢性难愈性溃疡。1994～2012年,笔者使用新鲜鸡蛋内膜贴敷治疗糖尿病患者难治性创伤14例,取得较好疗效。一般资料14例患者为经西医清创换药和常规治疗(个别为植皮失败)数月无效的患者。其中男10例,女4例;年龄40～78岁;都为足部创伤患者;创面0.5cm×1cm～2cm×2.5cm不等。治疗方法使用生理盐水清洗创面,有坏死组织应予清除,3%双氧水冲洗,碘伏消毒伤口周围皮肤。取1枚鲜鸡蛋,用
