[目的]了解高等学校学生健康知识、行为、技能掌握情况,评价健康教育的效果。[方法]2011年9~11月,对广东省仲恺农业工程学院、广东水利电力职业技术学院的3 180名入学新生进行调查,比较健康教育前后的健康素养、健康生活方式与行为、预防保健常识、医疗防护基本技能的知晓率。[结果]调查3 180人,健康素养知识知晓率,健康教育前为50.38%,教育后为96.37%(P<0.01);健康生活方式与行为知识知晓率,健康教育前为56.63%,教育后为97.42%(P<0.01);预防保健常识知识知晓率,健康教育前为28.45%,教育后为94.24%(P<0.01);医疗防护基本技能知识知晓率,健康教育前为40.77%,教育后为95.29%(P<0.01)。[结论]在新生入学之初及时进行健康素养知识的教育,具有明显的教育效果。
[Objective] To understand the health knowledge, behavior and skills of college students and evaluate the effect of health education. [Method] From September to November 2011, 3 180 freshmen from Zhongkai Agricultural Engineering College of Guangdong Province and Guangdong Technical College of Water Resources and Electric Power were surveyed to compare the health literacy, healthy lifestyles and behavior before and after health education, and to prevent common health problems , The basic skills of medical protection awareness. [Results] The awareness rate of health literacy among 3 180 people was 50.38% before health education and 96.37% after education (P <0.01). The awareness rate of healthy lifestyles and behavioral knowledge was 56.63% before health education. After education (P <0.01). The awareness rate of preventive health knowledge was 28.45% before health education and 94.24% after education (P <0.01). The awareness rate of basic skills in medical protection was 40.77% before health education, After 95.29% (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The education of health literacy knowledge in time of freshmen admission has significant educational effect.
