本文认为职业教育教学模式再发展过程中,主要发生了三次重大演变,形成了三类模式:一是学校形态的职业教育与学科本位教学模式;二是企业参与形态的职业教育与能力本位教学模式;三是校企结合形态的职业教育与素质(人格)本位模式。科学的教学模式应是多元整合的教学模式,主题教学模式正是在这样的背景和理念下形成的三元(学科本位元、能力本位元、人格本位元)整合模式,本文对此进行了探讨。
This paper argues that in the redevelopment of vocational education and teaching mode, three major changes have taken place, forming three types of modes: one is the vocational education and the subject-based teaching mode in the school form; the other is the vocational education and the ability-based teaching mode ; Third is the combination of school and enterprise forms of vocational education and quality (personality) standard mode. The teaching mode of science should be a multi-integrated teaching mode, and the subject teaching mode is exactly the integration mode of the ternary (subject-based, competence-based, and personality-based) formed under such a background and concept.
