采用乙二醇/水为分散介质,以过硫酸钾为引发剂,通过AA/MMA聚合反应,制得PMMA包覆铝酸锶发光粉。采用IR、SEM、荧光光谱仪、酸度计等分析手段对包覆粉进行了分析表征。结果表明:PMMA在发光粉表面形成包覆层,包覆层对发光粉发光特性的影响较小,包覆后发光粉的耐水性显著提高。
Adopting ethylene glycol / water as dispersing medium and potassium persulfate as initiator, PMMA-coated strontium aluminate luminescent powder was prepared by AA / MMA polymerization. The coated powder was characterized by IR, SEM, fluorescence spectrometer, acidometer and other analytical methods. The results show that: PMMA forms a coating on the surface of the luminescent powder, the effect of the coating on the luminescent properties of the luminescent powder is small, and the water resistance of the luminescent powder after the coating is significantly increased.
