目的探讨泸州市乡镇中小学教师非传染性疾病的患病情况及特点,为有针对性地制定合理的保健计划和采取有效的干预措施提供基础数据。方法在参加健康体检的乡镇中小学教师中筛选资料完整者422例,按性别、年龄分组进行统计分析和对比研究。结果高血压检出率24.6%,脂肪肝25.1%,心律失常20.4%,肾结石和尿盐沉积19.7%,胆结石10.4%,三酰甘油偏高13.8%,总胆固醇偏高4.3%,男性前列腺炎24.6%,女性妇科疾病26.0%;女教师健康状况好于男教师;青年教师健康状况好于中年教师。结论高血压、脂肪肝、心律失常、前列腺炎和妇科疾病是乡镇中小学教师这一特定人群疾病防控的重点;中年男教师的健康状况应引起更多的关注。
Objective To explore the prevalence and characteristics of noncommunicable diseases among primary and secondary school teachers in towns and townships in Luzhou and to provide basic data for targeted health planning and effective interventions. Methods A total of 422 cases with complete data were selected from primary and secondary school teachers who participated in physical examination. Statistical analysis and comparative study were conducted by gender and age groups. Results The detection rate of hypertension was 24.6%, fatty liver was 25.1%, arrhythmia was 20.4%, nephrolithiasis and urinary salt deposition was 19.7%, gallstones was 10.4%, triglyceride was 13.8%, total cholesterol was 4.3% 24.6% of infants and 26.0% of women’s gynecological diseases. The health status of female teachers is better than that of male teachers. The health status of young teachers is better than middle-aged teachers. Conclusions Hypertension, fatty liver, arrhythmia, prostatitis and gynecological diseases are the focus of prevention and control of the specific group of primary and secondary school teachers in villages and towns. The health condition of middle-aged male teachers should be paid more attention.
