本文简述了采场上覆岩层的结构模型及其形成的“给定变形”概念以及原有采场支架受载大小的计算原则、实际测定结果及其存在的问题。另外,根据近年来对直接顶及放顶煤矿山压力显现的研究,本文提出了较为完整的采场矿山压力力学模型,并详细分析了“直接顶(顶煤)—支架—底板”支撑体系的系统刚度及各自刚度变化时对工作面矿山压力显现的影响,给出了支架存在给定变形工作状态的条件,修正了支架受力与采高成正比的传统观念。
This paper briefly describes the structure model of stope overlying strata and the formation of “given deformation” concept as well as the original stope support load size calculation principle, the actual measurement results and the existing problems. In addition, based on the research on pressure display of direct top and top coal caving in recent years, a more complete mine pressure mechanics model is proposed in this paper, and a detailed analysis of the “direct top (top coal) - support - bottom” support system The influence of system rigidity and stiffness on the mine pressure on the working face when the stiffness and the stiffness of the system are changed is given. The condition of given deformation working condition of the support is given, and the traditional concept that the bearing force is directly proportional to the mining height is corrected.
