本文报告健康人和肺结核患者外周血中T_r细胞的检测方法及其影响因素。36名健康人外周血中 T_r细胞比例为 14.9±2.7％。64例活动性肺结核患者的 T_r细胞比例为19.7±5.5％,显著高于正常人(P<0.001)。T_r细胞比例与病变累及范围有一定关系,而与 OT皮试反应强度无相关关系。
This article reports the detection of peripheral blood T_r cells in healthy and tuberculosis patients and its influencing factors. The percentage of T_r cells in peripheral blood of 36 healthy people was 14.9 ± 2.7%. The proportion of T_r cells in 64 patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis was 19.7 ± 5.5%, which was significantly higher than that in normal people (P <0.001). The proportion of T_r cells has some relationship with the extent of lesion, but has no correlation with the intensity of OT skin test.
