使用POLYFLOW软件对固体推进剂药浆在捏合机混合釜内的流动过程进行了数值仿真,采用混合釜壁面相对桨叶反方向旋转的方法实现公转,桨叶只需要绕自身轴线自转即可实现行星运动;运用网格叠加技术并结合相应的网格加密技术,完成了复杂边界条件下的网格划分。实现了混合过程中药浆流动的可视化,量化了捏合机混合过程中釜内各点的速度、剪切应力、粘度、混合指数的分布和极值关系。为复合固体推进剂药浆混合工艺的安全研究和混合性能的分析提供一定的理论参考。
POLYFLOW software was used to simulate the flow process of solid propellant slurry in the kneading machine. The wall of the mixing vessel was rotated in the opposite direction to the impeller. The blades only need to revolve around their own axis to realize the planet Movement; using grid overlay technology combined with the corresponding grid encryption technology to complete the grid under complex boundary conditions. The visualization of the flow of the syrup in the mixing process was realized, and the relationship between the velocity and the shear stress, the viscosity and the mixing index and the extremum value of the mixture in the kneading machine were quantified. It provides some theoretical references for the safety research and the mixing performance analysis of the compound solid propellant slurry mixing process.
