目的研究分析丹参多酚酸盐治疗急性心肌梗死患者对其缺血心肌保护作用和血液动力学的影响。方法选取2013年6月—2015年6月收治的急性心肌梗死患者96例,随机分为对照组和观察组各48例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用丹参多酚酸盐治疗,对比两组疗效。计量资料采用t检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果观察组治疗后24 h血清c Tn I、CK-MB和hs-CRP水平分别为(1.82±0.16)μg/L、(274.51±44.51)U/L、(10.16±1.76)mg/L,均明显低于对照组的(3.95±0.30)μg/L、(309.25±54.43)U/L、(22.43±1.98)mg/L,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组治疗后红细胞沉降率、红细胞比容、纤维蛋白原、高切全血黏度、低切全血黏度、血浆黏度分别为(22.21±7.40)mm/h、(43.05±3.02)%、(3.02±0.22)g/L、(4.72±1.22)、(8.03±2.72)、(1.43±0.17)m Pa·s,均明显低于对照组的(26.24±6.63)mm/h、(48.98±3.36)%、(3.96±0.43)g/L、(5.96±1.80)、(11.76±0.51)、(1.95±0.32)m Pa·s,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论丹参多酚酸盐治疗急性心肌梗死能够有效缓解患者心肌缺血情况,改善患者心功能及血流动力学,值得推广。
Objective To study the protective effects of salvianolate on myocardial ischemia and hemodynamics in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 96 acute myocardial infarction patients who were admitted from June 2013 to June 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 48 cases. Control group with conventional treatment, the observation group treated with salvianolic acid salt, compared two groups curative effect. Measurement data using t test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The levels of cTn I, CK-MB and hs-CRP in the observation group at 24 hours after treatment were (1.82 ± 0.16) μg / L and (274.51 ± 44.51) U / L and (3.95 ± 0.30) μg / L, (309.25 ± 54.43) U / L and (22.43 ± 1.98) mg / L respectively in the control group (all P <0.05). After treatment, the erythrocyte sedimentation rate, hematocrit, fibrinogen, high shear rate whole blood viscosity, low shear rate whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity in observation group were (22.21 ± 7.40) mm / h, (43.05 ± 3.02)%, ± 0.22) g / L, (4.72 ± 1.22), (8.03 ± 2.72) and (1.43 ± 0.17) m Pa · s respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (26.24 ± 6.63 mm / h, 48.98 ± 3.36, %, (3.96 ± 0.43) g / L, (5.96 ± 1.80), (11.76 ± 0.51) and (1.95 ± 0.32) m Pa · s, respectively. There were significant differences between the two groups (all P <0.05). Conclusion salvianolate treatment of acute myocardial infarction can effectively alleviate myocardial ischemia in patients with improved cardiac function and hemodynamics, it is worth promoting.
