绩效考核事业单位绩效工资改革的重要组成部分,是事业单位工资体制改改革中的一部分,是一项非常重要的人力资源管理内容,由于各种社会因素的影响,在绩效考核中出现发很多问题,如考评指标设计不合理,岗位目标不明确,职责分工不够详细,考核指标难以量化,考评主体单一,无投拆系统等等,针对以上问题,笔者认为应该从建立科学合理的绩效考评系统、引入360度反馈,建立员工申诉制度等几个方面着手进行绩效考评制度的完善和创新。
