一体式膜好氧生物反应器是一种新型的水处理反应器,抽吸周期和抽吸真空度的选择对于它的稳定运行具有重要意义。本研究应用计算机自动控制和数据管理系统来实现该反应器的抽吸周期和抽吸真空度的自动调节,其出水流量平均误差低于03%,实现了反应器的稳定、可靠运行。
One-piece membrane aerobic bioreactor is a new type of water treatment reactor. The choice of pumping cycle and suction vacuum is of great significance for its stable operation. In this study, computer automatic control and data management system was used to realize the automatic adjustment of the suction period and suction vacuum degree of the reactor. The average error of the effluent flow rate was less than 0.3%, which realized the stable and reliable operation of the reactor.
