模拟航空装备机械系统中某特殊垫片的实际工作环境,完成了该零件磨损试验装置的设计;通过PLC控制系统的开发使试验装置与上位机结合,实现了过程的自动控制和实时的任务状态监控,建立了较完整的数据采集渠道,并用最小二乘法拟合垫片磨损曲线,较为准确地分析了该零件的疲劳性能,提高了该类零件在航空装备中的使用可靠性。
Simulation of the actual working environment of a special gasket in the aviation equipment mechanical system has completed the design of the wear test device of the part. Through the development of PLC control system, the experimental device and the host computer are combined to realize the automatic process control and real-time task status Monitoring and establishing a more complete data acquisition channel, and fitting gasket wear curve with the least squares method to more accurately analyze the fatigue performance of the part and improve the reliability of the use of such parts in aviation equipment.
