以健康昆明系小鼠为实验动物,研究了菊芋在体内对双歧杆菌生长的影响,以期为研制以菊芋为主要原料的双歧因子制品提供理论依据。结果表明,菊芋在体内可以选择性地促进双歧杆菌的生长,对大肠杆菌的生长和定殖产生不利作用;而且,这种调整作用需要一定时间。此外,菊芋还有明显的整肠作用。
Kunming mice were used as experimental animals to study the effect of Jerusalem artichoke on the growth of Bifidobacterium in vivo, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the development of bifidus products with Jerusalem artichoke as the main raw material. The results showed that Jerusalem artichoke can selectively promote the growth of Bifidobacteria in vivo, which has an adverse effect on the growth and colonization of Escherichia coli. Moreover, this adjustment takes time. In addition, there is a clear effect of Jerusalem artichoke whole intestinal function.
