美国佛罗里达白云质磷块岩经搅拌脱泥后采反一正一反三段浮选流程,可从含P_2o_59.9%,MgO1.9%的擦洗脱泥精矿中排除89%MeO得到含P_2O_(5)0.9%,Mgo0.9%,的高质精矿,回收率70.9%。与Ca、Mg离子不生成沉淀的新型表面活性剂环乙氧基磺酸盐(EO.S. )与油酸和矿物油用作捕收剂,磷酸衍生物(Dequest2010)用怍磷矿物抑制剂,在PH=5.5介质中反浮选排除白云石。第一段反浮选可排除59%MgO.主要是细粒白云石,第三段反浮选进一步排除19%MgO,主要为粗粒白云石。第二段正浮选在中性介质中排除98%石英和11%白云石。本流程的优点是矿浆不需加温,反浮选矿浆PH值较高,药剂制度简单,药耗较低,可得优质精矿。

The advantage of the process is that the pulp does not need to be warmed, the pH value of the reverse flotation pulp is relatively high, the medicament system is simple, and the drug consumption is low, and the fine concentrate can be obtained.
