近年来,对火山岩型矿床的普查找矿十分重视.我国幅员辽阔,火山岩分布地区广泛,形成时代从前震旦纪到第三纪都有,寻找火山岩型矿床具有广阔前景.自无产阶级文化大革命以来,在以工人阶级为主体的广大地质队伍的共同努力下,我国火山岩型矿床的勘探与研究工作也取得较大进展,使其已成为提供铁、铜及其它矿产资源的重要工业类型之一.火山成矿作用不仅形成的矿种多,而且成因类型也相当复杂.根据含矿岩石种类、时代等特征,初步可分为如下两大类.1.与流纹岩-租面岩-安山岩-玄武岩等正常系列岩浆-喷发岩有关的矿床特征是,在岩石化学上为富钾的酸性岩,钠与碱金属(钾、钠合量)的比值近于50%;在矿物成分上,斜长石号数随岩石基性程度的增加而增加;在形成时代上,以中古生代以后
