I. Background In the face of the development opportunities and challenges in the 21st century, all sectors of society are increasingly concerned about the quality of children. At present, there are imbalances in the research on the quality of children and adolescents, showing more cognitive studies than social studies, more experimental studies than field research, more research on object homogeneity than object heterogeneity. In view of this, our research focuses on children’s social skills. From the perspective of the world, future perspectives and modern standards, we have defined communication as one of the basic qualities of people of the past century and, through the investigation and analysis of the basic conditions of pre-adolescent children’s communication in our urban and rural areas
