在A356铝合金和AZ91D镁合金消失模铸造浇注过程中采用与流动方向一致的水平振动,研究不同频率和振幅的机械振动对A356和AZ91D消失模铸造充型能力的影响.建立了消失模振动浇注时金属液充型数学模型,利用流体动力学和传热学原理,分析振动对消失模铸造浇注过程中充型能力的影响.结果表明:金属液充型能力随着振动频率和振幅的增加而增强,振动峰值加速度在1g~4g之间,机械振动可明显提高A356和AZ91D消失模铸造充型能力.数学模型计算结果与实验结果基本一致.
The effects of mechanical vibration with different frequencies and amplitudes on the filling capacity of A356 and AZ91D EPC were studied in the casting of A356 aluminum alloy and AZ91D magnesium alloy during lost foam casting.Vibration modeling of lost foam The results show that the filling ability of molten metal increases with the increase of vibrational frequency and amplitude, and the effect of vibration on the filling ability of the lost foam casting during pouring is analyzed by using the principles of fluid dynamics and heat transfer. And the peak acceleration of vibration is between 1g and 4g, and the mechanical vibration can obviously improve the chargeability of A356 and AZ91D EPC casting.The calculation results of the mathematical model are basically consistent with the experimental results.
