海峡西岸城镇群城际轨道交通规划方案研究

研究目的:海峡西岸经济区发展正式上升为国家战略,目前海西城镇群正处于向加速城镇化、沿海化和网络化的方向发展,借鉴世界城市群的发展经验,建设高效、快捷、环保的城际快速客运系统,对缓解该地区交通运输紧张状况,满足海峡西岸经济区城镇之间旅客快速出行,推动本地区城市化、城镇一体化进程,增强城市群的经济辐射力,促进区域内社会经济协调和可持续发展具有重要意义。本文将以国家《中长期铁路网发展规划》以及《海峡西岸经济区铁路网规划》为依据,研究利用区域内规划、在建铁路富余能力发展海峡西岸城镇群城际轨道交通。研究结论:本文结合海峡西岸经济区的特征,提出了海峡西岸城镇群城际轨道交通的功能定位及发展战略目标。根据区域既有、在建和规划的铁路资源,分析了区域铁路中长期规划实施后的能力适应情况,提出了基于铁路富裕能力开行城际列车的城际轨道交通规划设想;并依据区域城镇群的特征提出了海西城镇群城际轨道交通网络方案、建设方案及城际列车开行方案。 Research purposes: The development of the economic zone on the western coast of the Straits has officially risen to a national strategy. Research conclusions: In this paper, combined with the characteristics of the economic zone on the west side of the Straits, the paper proposes the functional orientation and strategic goals of urban rail transit in the west coast of the Straits. According to the existing, under construction and planning of railway resources, the paper analyzes the capacity adaptability of medium and long-term planning of regional railways and proposes the idea of ​​intercity rail transit planning based on the railway’s rich capacity to open intercity trains.
