电喷发动机电子控制系统故障复杂,常常表现为多因多果。文中用虚拟仪器技术LABVIEW对传感器进行信号采集处理,利用BP神经网络对电喷发动机控制系统单一故障对应的可能故障原因进行判断,同时用BP神经网络对采集的传感器信号进行处理,诊断出传感器故障类型,最后,将两者结合确定出故障现象与故障原因的实际对应关系。本系统为由传感器引发的电喷发动机故障的诊断提供了一种有效方法。
Electronic injection engine electronic control system fault complex, often manifested as more due to more fruit. In this paper, we use the virtual instrument technology LABVIEW to collect and process the sensor signals, and use BP neural network to judge the possible causes of the single fault in the EFI engine control system. At the same time, the BP neural network is used to process the collected sensor signals to diagnose the sensor fault Type, and finally, combine the two to determine the actual correspondence between the cause of the fault and the cause of the fault. The system provides an effective method for fault diagnosis of EFI engine caused by sensor.
