目的 了解河北省鼠疫自然疫源地内五趾跳鼠寄生蚤的种类和构成。方法 收集活体五趾跳鼠 ,置熏鼠桶内用乙醚、氯仿或汽油将鼠蚤一并熏死 ,捡蚤 ,直接在显微镜下或制成玻片标本进行分类鉴定。结果 共发现寄生蚤3科 7属 12种 ,角尖眼蚤指名亚种为优势种 ,占 3 6.60 % ;其次为光亮额蚤等似亚种、短跗鬃眼蚤、多齿细蚤、圆指额蚤 ,分别占 9.68%、8.81%、8.72 %和 7.91%。结论 查清了河北省鼠疫自然疫源地内五趾跳鼠寄生蚤的种类、构成、季节消长 ,为今后进一步研究河北省的鼠疫自然疫源地及动物间鼠疫流行因素提供了科学依据。
Objective To understand the species and composition of parasitic fleas in the genus Blattella in Hebei Province. Methods Five-toed jerk was collected in vivo. The mice were killed in a barrel of smoked rat by diethyl ether, chloroform or gasoline. The fleas were collected and fleas were directly collected under a microscope or slides for classification and identification. Results There were 12 species belonging to 7 genera, 3 families, and 3 dominant species belonging to 7 genera of 3 families, accounting for 3 6.60% of the total subspecies. The second most common species were Ephemera flea, Meal fleas, accounting for 9.68%, 8.81%, 8.72% and 7.91% respectively. Conclusion The species, composition and seasonal fluctuation of parasitoid fleas in the plague natural foci of Hebei Province were identified, which provided a scientific basis for further study on plague natural foci of Hebei Province and epidemic factors of plague in Hebei Province in the future.
