延边庙岭水泥厂Φ3×48mRSP窑外分解窑(2~#窑)是国家“六五”期间的重点建设项目,也是吉林省延边朝鲜族自治州建州以来最大的建设项目,是参照新疆水泥厂3~＃窑工艺线自行设计的。于1978年10月破土动工,1984年9月点火试生产,1989年9月通过竣工验收。2~＃窑投产至今已经历13个年头,回首13年的坎坷历程,不仅有失败的痛苦,更有成功的欣慰。 2~＃窑设计年产熟料20万t,水泥25万t,窑运转率75％。从1992年至今一直保持优质高产的生产形势,充分发挥了窑外分解技术的优势。现月平均熟料标号可达650~＃以上,日产熟料保持在750～850t,历年完成的生产技术指标见表1。
Yanbian Miaoling Cement Plant Φ3×48mRSP kiln decomposition kiln (2~# kilns) is the key construction project during the national “6th Five-Year Plan” period, and it is also the largest construction project in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture of Jilin Province since Jianzhou. It is a reference to Xinjiang Cement Factory. 3 ~ # kiln process line design. In October 1978, the ground broke ground. In September 1984, it was ignited for trial production. In September 1989, it passed the completion acceptance. The 2~# kiln has been put into operation for 13 years. Looking back on the ups and downs of 13 years, it not only has the pain of failure, but also is more successful. The 2~# kilns are designed to annually produce 200,000 tons of clinker, 250,000 tons of cement, and 75% of the kiln operation rate. From 1992 until now, the production situation of high quality and high production has been maintained, and the advantages of decomposition technology outside the kilns have been fully utilized. The average monthly clinker number can be up to 650~#, and the daily production of clinker can be kept at 750~850t. The production technical indicators completed over the years are shown in Table 1.
