时下欧洲债务危机对世界轮胎投资产生影响,世界各地轮胎扩产速度普遍放慢,但俄罗斯轮胎产业发展迅速,俄罗斯轮胎投资依旧被世界轮胎巨头看好,并按计划推进。日本横滨橡胶公司在俄罗斯新建的轮胎厂于2012年5月底竣工。新工厂投资约37.6亿卢布,其中横滨橡胶占80%股份,伊藤忠商事公司占20%股份。该厂位于莫斯科以南500km的利佩茨克经济特区,建筑面积4.3hm2,年产能为140万条,计划2013年夏季全部投产。未来工厂面积计划扩建到24hm2。该厂主要生产环保、舒适型高性能轿车轮胎,产品主要在俄罗斯国内销售,部分出口到欧洲。
Nowadays the European debt crisis has an impact on world tire investment, and the rate of tire expansion in the world is generally slowing down. However, the tire industry in Russia is developing rapidly. The Russian tire investment is still being favored by the world’s tire giant and is proceeding as planned. Japan’s Yokohama Rubber Company’s new tire plant in Russia was completed by the end of May 2012. The new plant invested about 3.76 billion rubles, of which Yokohama Rubber accounted for 80% of the shares, Itochu Corporation 20% stake. The plant is located in Lipetsk Economic Zone, 500km south of Moscow, with a building area of 4.3hm2 and an annual production capacity of 1.4 million units. It is scheduled to be fully operational in the summer of 2013. Future factory area plans to expand to 24hm2. The factory mainly produces environmentally friendly, comfortable high-performance car tires, the main products sold in Russia, some exported to Europe.
