δ-氨基乙酰丙酸是一种广泛存在于生物机体的非蛋白的氨基酸,不仅是一种无毒、无公害、在环境中易降解无残留的绿色农用化学品,还在医学上作为新型的光动力(PDT)治疗药物,用于多种疾病的治疗。本文通过分析不同起始原料化学合成δ-氨基乙酰丙酸工艺方法,探讨了其化学合成工艺及进行实验研究的可能性。
δ-Aminolevulinic acid is a non-protein amino acid widely found in living organisms. It is not only a non-toxic, pollution-free and environment-friendly green agrochemical without degradation, but also as a new type of medicine Photodynamic therapy (PDT) for the treatment of many diseases. In this paper, by analyzing the chemical synthesis of δ-aminolevulinic acid from different starting materials, the chemical synthesis process and the possibility of experimental study were discussed.
