领导者要实现对下属人员积极性的全面调动,就必须立足本职岗位,认真分析下属人员的追求特点,注意发挥每个下属的长处,积极营造和谐宽松的环境,这是实现艺术性管理的重要前提。同时,领导者工作思路的清晰,自身管理素质的不断提高,这是实现艺术性管理的必要条件。实践证明,领导者具有高尚的人格魅力、科学民主的决策力度、顾全大局的团结作风、幽默风趣的艺术形象等等,都能感召下属,赢得下属的心,推动工作更加顺利地进行。
