1994年7月5日下午2时许,江苏省农垦系统白马湖农场砖瓦厂承包的林集砖瓦厂 18门轮窑在点火中,炉膛发生爆炸,烧伤13位在场人员,烧伤面积一般都在30%～40%左右,最大达70%以上,事故之大,时间之快(点燃仅20分钟),在本行业中是很罕见的.为了更好地提高安全生产的意识,避免轮窑点火事故的发生,本刊除发表沈永金、解存林两位同志采写的对这起事故的报道及分析外,还特地组织了一组正确点火、安全操作的文章,旨在提醒广大同行在砖瓦生产中,一定要重视科学管理,加强安全生产,以正确的操作方法指导生产,避免此类严重事故的发生.对此问题感兴趣的读者,还可参阅《砖瓦》1990年第4期史君洁同志撰写的题为“轮窑点火喷火爆炸的原因”一文.
