基础教育课程改革是教育部于2001年启动的一项旨在全面推进素质教育的重大改革,其核心内容是“调整改革课程体系”,“构建符合素质教育要求的新的基础教育课程体系”。根据教育部部署,2005年义务教育起始年级将全面进入新课程,基础教育新课程将进入全面推广阶段。那么,新课程实施的情况如何?有哪些因素促进或阻碍了新课程改革?如何采取有效措施推动新课程改革的进行?这就有必要对这几年工作的得与失进行一番审视。为此,本刊特刊发一组文章,就新课程实施过程中的经验与问题,与大家分享、探讨。
The basic education curriculum reform is a major reform initiated by the Ministry of Education in 2001 to promote quality education in an all-round way.
