本试验广泛研究了小麦等材料与黑麦杂交时,母本雌蕊成熟度在克服属间不亲和性上的效应。不论普通小麦的冬、春性品种,不同倍数性的物种,不同类型的小麦雄性不育系,小麦异附加系以及八倍体小偃麦新物种等与黑麦杂交,一般以母本开花前1—2天雌蕊嫩龄时授粉,对克服属间杂交不亲和性效果最好,幼龄授粉次之。这一雌蕊成熟度效应对于与黑麦越难杂交的小麦品种和物种一般越显著。在不同地点(青海西宁及陕西杨陵),不同年份,不同月份及一天内不同时间授粉,结果表现一致。试验还揭示了小麦雌蕊成熟度对黑麦花粉萌发及杂种种子形成的深刻影响。
This experiment extensively studied the effect of maternal pistil maturity on overcoming inter-genomic incompatibility when wheat and other materials were crossed with rye. Whether common winter wheat, spring varieties, different times of sexual species, different types of male sterile lines of wheat, wheat additional addition lines and octoploid young triticale new species and other hybrids with rye, generally female parent before flowering 1-2 day pistil tender age, to overcome the incompatibility between the best crossbreed, followed by young pollination. This pistil maturity effect is generally more pronounced for wheat varieties and species that are more difficult to cross with rye. Pollinations at different locations (Xining, Qinghai and Yangling, Shaanxi), in different years, in different months and at different times of the day showed consistent results. The experiment also revealed the profound influence of wheat pistil ripening on rye pollen germination and hybrid seed formation.
