本文讨论了悬臂共振梁的设计问题及力学特性,叙述了在共振梁上进行加速度计线性度比较校准的实验方法。误差分析及实验结果表明,在500g振动加速度以内此法校准误差小于±0.65%。
In this paper, the design problems and mechanical properties of the cantilever beam are discussed. The experimental method of calibrating the accelerometer linearity on a resonant beam is described. Error analysis and experimental results show that within 500g vibration acceleration calibration error of less than ± 0.65%.
