针对超临界二氧化碳流体的局限性和中草药中活性成分的特殊性,研究了超临界二氧二化碳流体、改性剂和混合溶液的溶解度参数,提出了改性剂的选择原则。结果表明:萃取温度和压力是影响超临界二氧化碳流体和混合溶剂溶解度参数的主要因素,改性剂的种类和浓度影响萃取体系的溶解特性。
In view of the limitation of supercritical carbon dioxide fluid and the particularity of active components in Chinese herbal medicine, the solubility parameters of supercritical carbon dioxide fluid, modifier and mixed solution were studied and the selection principle of modifier was proposed. The results show that the extraction temperature and pressure are the main factors affecting the solubility parameters of the supercritical carbon dioxide fluid and the mixed solvent. The type and concentration of the modifier affect the dissolution characteristics of the extraction system.
