报道６８例非好发部位肺结核（两上对前段２８例，中、舌叶３３例，两下叶基底段７例）纤支镜检查结果。全组９５．６％（６５／６８）管腔内发现异常改变，其中粘膜充血水肿１８例，浸润糜烂１６例，肉芽肿样新生物２３例，乳头状新生物２例，管腔狭窄变形４例，粘膜增厚僵直４例。１３例发现淋巴结支气管瘘。镜下活检阳性率７８．５％，刷检涂片阳性率３９．７％。提示纤支镜检查对非好发部位肺结核有一定诊断价值。
Reported 68 cases of non-predilection tuberculosis (two pairs of the anterior segment of the 28 cases, 33 cases of tongue, the middle of the two basal lobes in 7 cases) bronchoscopy results. The whole group of 95.6% (65/68) found abnormal changes in the lumen, mucosal congestion and edema in 18 cases, infiltration erosion in 16 cases, 23 cases of granulomatous neoplasms, papillary neoplasms in 2 cases, stenosis 4 Cases, mucosal thickening stiff in 4 cases. 13 cases found lymph node bronchial fistula. Microscope biopsy positive rate of 78.5%, brush test smear-positive rate of 39.7%. Tips Fiberoptic bronchoscopy for non-tuberculous site has a certain diagnostic value.
