目前振动沉管灌注桩在各种建筑中应用比较广泛。振动沉管灌注桩具有以下几个特点 :①在现场就地成桩 ,施工简便 ,速度快 ,工期短 ;②对地层穿透力较强 ,成桩质量容易保证 ;③单桩承载力相对其他桩型高 ;④施工环境好 ,噪音较低 ,作业场地小 ;⑤经济效益好。对施工工艺过程存在的几个问题进行探讨。地下水充入桩管采用封尖技术 ;桩尖进土采用控制初打的进管速度 ,严禁反插 ,并进行复打 ;对成桩的直径及单桩承载力的确定问题也进行了探讨。振动沉管灌注桩的质量问题 ,多与施工操作有关。
The current vibratory tube cast-in-place pile is widely used in various buildings. Vibrated tube cast-in-place piles have the following characteristics: 1 Piles on site at the site, construction is simple, fast, short construction period; 2 pairs of stratum penetration strong, easy to ensure the quality of piles; 3 single pile bearing capacity relative to other Pile type; 4 good construction environment, low noise, small work site; 5 good economic returns. Several problems in the construction process are discussed. The groundwater filling pile pipe adopts the tip sealing technology; the pile tip adopts the control of the initial speed of the pipe, and is strictly prohibited for counter-insertion and multi-punch; the determination of the diameter of the pile and the bearing capacity of the single pile are also discussed. The quality problems of vibratory immersed cast-in-place piles are related to construction operations.
