应用流行病学研究方法对剖宫产与自然分娩儿童166例的学习成绩作配对比较,结果表明:两组儿童的学习成绩无显著的差异,即在学习方面两组儿童的智力水平无差异.针对当前珍贵儿日趋增多的情况,本文结果为纠正社会上对剖官产的误解和为衡量剖官产儿童在学习方面的智力水平提供了统计学依据.对当前强调产科工作者严格手术指征和作好产妇及家属宣教工作具有实际意义.
The epidemiological study was used to compare the learning outcomes of 166 cases of cesarean section with those of spontaneous childbirth. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in learning achievement, that is, there was no difference in intelligence between the two groups in learning. In view of the current situation of the increasing number of precious children, the results of this paper provide a statistical basis for correcting the misunderstanding of cadaveric property in the community and for measuring the intellectual level of children in coffin .In the current emphasis on obstetric workers strict surgical indications And make good maternal and family missionary work of practical significance.
