他的欲望和野心冲破了樊篱,像雨后的野草一样蓬勃生长……1972年,柳井正从他父亲手中接过了一家叫做小郡商事株式会社的洋服店,商店开在他的家乡山口县,专门经销阿迪达斯、耐克等这些著名的洋品牌。柳井正是家中的独子,毕业于日本著名的早稻田大学,家中对他充满了希望,而他对经营好这样一个小商店也是信心满满,甚至有些牛刀杀鸡的感觉。然而事情远非他想象的那样。他不乏创新的理念,也不乏吃苦精神,然而在闭着眼睛都能把钱赚的日本经济大发展时期,他所经营的商店却几次濒临倒闭,他在自传中不无烦恼地描述说:“我们的企业老是做不大,好像老牛拉破车,总是在那儿吱吱嘎嘎地晃呀晃。”这令他非常郁闷。
