幼儿教育是教育工作的重要组成部分,而幼儿教师的专业素质直接影响幼儿教育的工作质量,从而影响我国建设者和接班人的质量。由幼儿教师教育对象的主体性、幼稚性特点所决定,幼儿教师的专业素质也不同于其它教育工作者。在对绥化市7所幼儿园教师的专业知识、专业技能、专业态度现状进行调查与分析的基础上,结合教育课程改革的要求,提出了进一步完善与提高幼儿教师专业素质的建议。
