目的通过对天津市河北区居民2003-2012年主要死亡原因进行分析,掌握影响当地人口健康的主要死亡原因,为有针对性地采取控制措施提供依据。方法采用死因统计分析软件DeathReg 2005进行分析,疾病死因分类依据国际疾病分类(ICD-10)进行编码、分类。以中国2000年标准人口计算标化死亡率。结果 2003-2012年河北区居民粗死亡率、标化死亡率均呈上升趋势,均有统计学意义(趋势χ2值分别为8.251和12.957,P<0.01)。10年间平均粗死亡率和标化死亡率分别为848.38/10万和395.92/10万。历年来,男性粗死亡率均明显高于女性,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。从55岁开始死亡率随年龄增长迅速上升,85岁以后达到高峰。2003-2012年,前6位的死因依次是心脏病(31.24%),恶性肿瘤(25.98%),脑血管病(21.01%),呼吸系统疾病(9.09%),内分泌、营养和代谢疾病(3.93%),消化系统疾病(2.48%),前6位死因死亡人数占全部死亡人数的93.73%。结论心脏病、恶性肿瘤、脑血管病是河北区居民的主要死因,应制定针对性的预防措施,社会和政府有关部门应给予高度重视。
Objective To analyze the main causes of death among residents in Hebei District of Tianjin from 2003 to 2012, master the main causes of death that affect the health of local population, and provide the basis for targeted control measures. Methods DeathReg statistical analysis software DeathReg 2005 was used to analyze. The cause of death was classified and classified according to International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10). Calculate the standardized death rate in 2000 China’s standard population. Results From 2003 to 2012, the crude mortality rate and standard mortality rate of Hebei residents showed an upward trend, with statistical significance (trend χ2 values were 8.251 and 12.957, P <0.01). The average crude fatality rate and standardized fatality rate in 10 years were 848.38 / 100000 and 395.92 / 100000 respectively. Over the years, the crude fatality rate of males was significantly higher than that of females, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). Mortality rates increase rapidly with age from the age of 55 and reach a peak after 85 years of age. In the period from 2012 to 2012, the top 6 causes of death were heart disease (31.24%), malignancy (25.98%), cerebrovascular disease (21.01%), respiratory diseases (9.09%), endocrine, nutritional and metabolic diseases %), Digestive system diseases (2.48%), the first 6 causes of deaths accounted for 93.73% of the total number of deaths. Conclusions Heart disease, malignant tumor and cerebrovascular disease are the main causes of death among residents in Hebei area. Targeted precautionary measures should be formulated and relevant departments of the society and government should pay great attention.
