在我国宏观政策的引导下,我国中小学体育教育中“终身体育、健康第一”的理念逐渐深入人心,并在中小学中得到深入拓展。对于高中学生而言,面临高考压力的增加,精神紧张、体力活动减少、营养过剩、心理压力等问题逐渐凸现出来。体育教育作为高中教育中提高学生身体素质的一门课程,在对学生的心理训练、社会的适应性培养方面的作用日益凸显。本文将就我国高中体育教学中对学生心理健康的有利影响实施措施进行剖析,为促进我国高中学生的身体素质提升、心理健康培养奠定基础。
Under the guidance of China’s macroeconomic policy, the concept of “lifelong sports and health first” in primary and secondary school physical education in our country has gradually gained popular support and has been further expanded in primary and secondary schools. For high school students, faced with the pressure of college entrance examination to increase, mental stress, physical activity to reduce the excess nutrients, psychological stress and other issues gradually emerged. Physical education, as a course of improving students ’physical fitness in high school, plays a more and more important role in training of students’ psychology and adaptability of society. This article will analyze the implementing measures of the beneficial effects on students’ mental health in high school PE teaching in our country, and lay the foundation for promoting the improvement of physical quality and mental health of high school students in our country.
