研究了培养液中不同浓度的HCO3-及Fe2+处理下枳、红桔和酸橙的试管苗根系的H+分泌量。三种试材的H+分泌均受介质HCO3-水平影响。积的H+分泌量与HCO3-浓度是正相关,红桔和酸橙的H+分泌量与HCO3-浓度呈抛物线相关。三种柑桔中只有酸橙的H+分泌量受Fe2+水平影响,介质缺钱时其根系分泌的H+增多。
The H + secretion in the root of test-tube seedlings of Trifoliate orange, Citrus reticulata and Lime was studied under different concentrations of HCO3- and Fe2 + in culture medium. H + secretion of three kinds of test materials are affected by the medium HCO3- level. The product of H + secretion is positively correlated with HCO3- concentration. The H + secretion of red orange and lime is parabolic correlated with HCO3- concentration. Only the acid orange H + secretion of three kinds of citrus is affected by the level of Fe2 +, and the excretion of H + in root is increased when the medium is short of money.
