目的:探讨艾灸对力竭游泳小鼠抗疲劳作用的机理。方法:雄性健康昆明种小白鼠30只随机分为安静对照组、单纯运动组、运动+艾灸脾俞、心俞、肺俞组,4周后,观察力竭游泳时间、血糖、血乳酸、血尿素氮以及总抗氧化能力的变化。结论:1)艾灸脾俞、心俞、肺俞能使小鼠游泳时间明显延长;2)艾灸能提高运动后小鼠血糖水平,减少体内蛋白质动员分解,增强小鼠抗氧化能力,显著降低小鼠运动后的血液乳酸含量,证明艾灸脾俞、心俞、肺俞具有缓解运动性疲劳和促进疲劳恢复的作用。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of moxibustion on the anti-fatigue effect of exhaustive swimming mice. Methods: Thirty healthy male Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group, exercise group, exercise + moxibustion, spleen, heart Yu and Feishu groups.
